Hi, at the moment, there are more particles the longer the note is held down. As far as I can tell, this is the only factor for this effect- so a long held chord makes the most spectacular visual effect with these particles. However, I'm finding that for the majority of the time, musically it's the short sharp notes that need to create the strongest visual effect, not the long held notes. Could you create a choice to reverse the current settings so that you get more particles the shorter the note? Also, it would be really amazing (and incredibly logical) if there was a choice to have more particles with loud notes, and less particles with more quiet notes.

No I know after effects is expensive see music is great as its free or very cheap for subscription. I'm not slating at all I love this app. Maybe in the future you could add a feature to allow importing of different particles. I was thinking of subscribing to unity pro to create my own particles but it's pointless unless I can implement them in see music. also another great feature would be to change colours at different parts of the piece although there is a way around that ATM. I render 3 videos and edit them together for the colour change. Keep up the good work man!
