SeeMusic is a fantastic program and has reached the top professional level in a short time when compared to the videos of the most famous youtubers out there. The main aspect that should still be improved is the one related to the graphic aspect of the NOTES scrolling across the screen. A couple of basic shapes are currently offered but Patrik Pietschmann and Kassia's latest videos demonstrate that notes can be embellished in various ways. For example, there should be the fundamental option of viewing the notes also in 3D, possibly also choosing the style and height of the border and the shadow. And the inside of the notes might also contain a couple of texture variations (I've added a couple of examples below). If the appearance of the notes improves as the rest of the program already has... BINGO!!

if you want a scrolling mp4 note texture just get a full screen mp4 video on a loop of what ever you want resize it to the full octave range of your piece and the background texture will scroll with the notes on its own. it takes some practice but ive got amazing textures now with 1/10th of the render time of after effects :)
Hi, that's absolutely ok to know. Then it's just a matter of creating the proper "workaround" to get a similar result. The notes' design may surely improve in many other ways and with future updates but what we have is already gold.
Again, congratulations for your gift to the piano players' community. SeeMusic forever! :-)
Sorry if there was a misunderstanding - the Note Texture does not scroll with the notes and there are no plans to implement that feature in the app at this time. That would be extremely complicated, and very processor intensive. If you absolutely need that look, it might be better to use After Effects. Hopefully the way it currently works will still prove useful to you. Thank you for using SeeMusic
Hi, thank you for your reply!
I was waiting to have this feature added before purchasing the version of SeeMusic without watermark but I purchased it now as a personal thank you for the great software you created. Unluckily, as in the case of many other people who are asking for a tutorial about the same subject, I am still not able to understand how to apply the texture inside the note in a proper way having it scrolling together with the note. I also checked other videos realized with SeeMusic on this same forum but I didn't see a single one case where the texture is acting in that way. So when you tell me that with the current version is already possible to realize something similar to the video examples I added above, I have no idea on how to to achieve that result :-)
I searched for some detailed instructions but I guess there is not a proper explanation about that specific subject. To say the truth, in the forum I found another post entitled "Make note texture scrolling along with notes" but in that case there is not your official reply.
I consider this as something very important, so I pray you to explain, also in just a few words, the process we should follow as it coudl help many SeeMusic users. Thank you in advance for your precious help :-)
Thanks for your suggestion - the texture can already be changed to any image or video using the Texture feature. You could definitely already replicate the style of the texture inside the notes in the videos above using the current version of SeeMusic.
3D notes will eventually be a feature, but could a while coming...
Thanks for using SeeMusic!
