Video and audio file trimming

Hi,

I've been playing around with making my first piano video and I'm not sure if it's possible to trim the video file (which in my case is way too long at the moment and I need to cut it down) within the SeeMusic app but I've not seen an option for this so far, so I'll go and cut the video down in Shotcut and then import the trimmed down version back into SeeMusic. I just think it would be super handy to be able to trim files within SeeMusic though but I'm not sure how easy that would be.

Thanks. I think it would be cool to be able to drag the video and audio around a bit within SeeMusic to line them up in there but it's no great shakes to do it in a different bit of software. I find Shotcut to be easy to use and powerful enough to do most things. Just think it would be handy to be able to do everything all in one app.

You’re on the right track. I don’t think there is an option for trimming the video in SeeMusic. But the video and audio can easily be trimmed in any video editor after you’ve created the main video. You are probably going to need to line up the video and the audio again anyhow in another video editor.
