The day before yesterday, the bar line was not displayed. However, yesterday, the bar line was displayed even though I should not have changed any settings. Is there a way to remove or hide this bar line?

Hmm - that’s very strange that it appeared without you turning it on...
You can turn it off by going to Note Settings - Bar Lines - use the switch to turn if off
