I ordered Seemusic app for one month on December 20th.
The payment was successful, but watermark still didn`t disappear.
It was my second monthly subscription.
At the first time(more than 1 year ago), the watermark disappeared after monthly subscription.
And I can't get refunded even if nothing changed after subscription.
If you’re correctly logged in with the right Apple account, and Restore Purchases doesn’t work, it must be some kind of issue or bug on Apple’s end. Sometimes things go wrong on Apple’s end with subscriptions or accounts.
Unfortunately, Apple gives me no control at all over user subscriptions, and I'm unable to see or refund any individual payments or subscriptions.
1. I can manually upgrade it for you one time, this month.
2. To avoid this same issue in the future, please cancel the renewing subscription now.
3. In the future, please use the non-renewing option instead.
