Just taking a look as this, or trying to. Everything is tiny - it is impossible to see how to change the interface. Currently, unusable. Running on Sonoma.
A non starter, unfortunately.

Thank you for reporting this - I'm not able to replicate this on the MacBooks I have available...
Try dragging the bottom right hand corner of the window to expand the window size as much as possible. Does this help?
Are you using an external monitor?

I have already said - MacBook Air M1. External monitor. Looks the same on the Macbook display. Full screen, still impossible to see icons, or anywhere were settings can be seen. Brand new machine.

Did you try manually dragging the bottom right of the window to expand it?
Using the default green Apple fullscreen button at the top left can sometimes cause issues with apps.
