After update 6.1.2 Saber completely disappeared (after adjusting new Saber settings) and is not restored in any way, and after reinstalling the application, the Seemusc immediately crashes.

Its almost definitely because you had previously changed the settings...
Open the Preset Gallery window
Choose Saber Presets
Choose "Default"

I think I'm able to replicate this - it comes from setting something in the new Realtime Saber effect to 0.
I'll try to get it fixed in the next hour.
What version of SeeMusic were you using prior to installing the 6.1.2 Update?
