Well, I can see the computer speed there, but since I don't read Russian there's not a lot more I can understand... it's ok. I'm not sure exactly what I can do with this information anyway - it's much easier to target issues on MacOS, because of how fewer models of computer there are. I think for the moment, until more users have the same issue, there's nothing I can do about this right now with the information that I have... I'm sorry - I'll update this post if I ever figure out what is causing this problem.

From your system information, the:
Operating System Version
Brand of Computer
Model of Computer
Computer Speed
Computer Memory
Basically, everything in the first two parts of this window:
Just as a warning - I'm really not sure how much I can do about this from my end. I have one other Windows computer I can test on, but if it works fine on that, I may not have a way to debug this.

I try "Run as Administrator" it's not work(( I can give you all computer information.
How to do it right? What exactly should you provide?

One thing to try quickly would be right-clicking the app, and choosing "Run As Administrator".

The error log is very vague, and since its opening perfectly on my computer, it could be extremely difficult for me to debug this. Would you be able to provide me with the full specs of your computer, including the version of your operating system, so that I can at least have something to go on?
I know this is a serious issue, but if I don't have a way to replicate the problem on my end and isolate the problem, I may not be able to realistically debug it.

I can see from the log that the issue is happening when the app attempts to copy some files within its internal directories, but unfortunately the crash log does not say specifically why it crashed (which is very strange).
This could potentially be happening because of a privacy setting that stops the app from using the filesystem at all. Do you have any unusually high privacy settings on your computer?
I just tested on my Windows 10 machine again, and it is opening fine. I'll continue to try to see if I can figure out what could potentially be causing the issue...

I'll need the Log File from the app to figure out what's going wrong. The Log file is located here:
C:\Users\YOUR COMPUTER USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
1. - How long is the video you are trying to render? The render time will directly relate to your computer's speed. On my computers, the app can render faster than realtime (about 3 minutes for a 4 minute video). However, it's true that on a slower machine, it could take a long time.
- Just for perspective, for the old way of doing these videos on Adobe After Effects, even on the fastest computers, renders took at least an hour to render a minute of a video.
2. I'll need a little more information to help you figure out why it isn't launching on Windows. It has been tested many times on Windows 10 and should work fine - I will be testing again today. Do you have any error messages or crash reports you can send?
