Assign different colors to the same note

It is possible to be able to assign the color to each key individually, currently you can for example use red for the C but all the C's are red, I would like to assign it for example at some point to the C4 and later in the song that same C4 to be blue. This is possible in Synthesia

My idea is to separate the left hand and right hand into two colors, but at times in the piece the right hand plays notes that the left hand already plays or will play.
