Sorry for the delay in responding - it's been a crazy few weeks, and looking into something like this is time-consuming.
I loaded in all the files and did a series of test renders on Windows 10 - and everything seems to be rendering fine. Here is the finished render I made with the files:

It seems like in your render, the audio was just completely garbled, not specifically out of sync?
- Did you already try changing the Render Framework from "AVPro" to "Basic" in Render Settings? That could potentially fix this.
- If that doesn't work, the best solution would be to render without audio in SeeMusic, then composite the audio and video together in an editor after rendering. If you render the video out at 4K, you don't need to worry about quality loss in that process.
By the way, could you possibly email screenshot(s) of your Advanced Particle Settings windows to visualmusicdesign@gmail.com?
I've never seen the particles look quite like this in the app, and I'd love to explore what's happening with the settings that you found. I would really appreciate it!
