what happens is that I can record midi but when I try to record both the recoding doesn't starts due to which I am unable to create proper videos please help

it even happens when I try to record only audio I have used input and even tried line in and mic in. if you cannot fix it i would really like a refund for the app since I had just solved my issue for video rendering by using screen reorder to make video.
