I'm stuck using version 2.5.3 on Windows 10. All other versions after 2.5.3 results in SeeMusic just being black, I do not see any piano or effects, just black. However, the menu and the audio works fine.
If I play a midi file I can hear the audio but the screen just starts flashing in a single color. Rendering gives the same result and you can see the result in the video I added.
Windows 10 Version 1803
Ok, good to know.
One last thing - is there any way you can provide your full system specifications, and version of Windows 10 that you are using?
Thank you!
for the most part I don't change the intensity, didn't try to play with it too much. I just noticed when ever I change the intensity when it's Off and turn it back On it it works, can't tell if there was a difference in the effect but the moment I change the intensity when it's On even by a 0.1 all the layout goes away.
Got it - very good to know, thank you! Also - what intensity are you using for the glow? Did you try setting glow to a low intensity like 0.1?
Doesn't work, only when Glow is off it works
Great :). I do want to figure out what's causing the issue with the glow.... could you possibly give one more build a try to see if the Glow works with this one? Unfortunately, even if it does, it won't render quite right - this is the issue that was fixed in Version 2.7. In any case, will be good to know if this change was what caused the issue:

Huge thanks! Yes, it works when Glow is off.
Thanks - could you try this new build, and try toggling Glow On / Off one more time? I sincerely believe when glow is off, it should now work for you. That would still mean that there's an issue with the glow that needs to be fixed, but at least we'd know what's causing the issue.
Does turning glow off fix it in this build?

I normally use GPU all the time. I tried switching between and nothing.
Sadly no change. I tried to completely delete the software and play with the settings although I never messed with them and still no good. I did try it with my poor laptop(Windows 10, processor i5, with a generic graphics card) just to see if it works and it does but it's too weak to run the software. Is there a way to get an older version? to be honest I didn't use the software for almost 3 weeks and didn't notice if it still work before upgrading from 2.4.2 to 2.7.1.
Could you please give this version a try to see if it fixes the issue? Thank you!

Have you ever figured it out? I have the same problem
