Thank you
Is there any way you make make a video screen capture using the record screen function on your device of what you're seeing?
I don't understand what you mean by "the 'MIDI Plugin' tab isn't even there on my device."

This is inside the SeeMusic app. Please see attached screenshot.
Also, I'm assuming you did try the required step of clicking your piano's name on the MIDI Input table in SeeMusic, to select it?

It works now but after around 20-30 tries. Most of the time it doesn't even get recognized and the "MIDI Plugin" tab isn't even there on my device. I also have to open garage band, connect it to it and then close the App again before being able to connect it to SeeMusic. It's kind of buggy on my end (Iphone 11, IPad Pro 2017 so pretty "new" devices). Also sometimes it couples but then won't work as I said in my question in the beginning. The visuals on the app are really great though. I'm still going to use it and prolly buy a few things but some bugfixes would be appreciated :) I'm willing to support the making of your app. thank you for helping me

I have the same problem. I don't have much knowledges about midi settings, I tried to connect it via i-phone and it only works if I connect first to garageband and then close it but it also bucks a lot. So I tried to connect it through pc (I have windows) and I searched up some tutorials, i downloaded loopmidi and midiberry but it won't connect. I don't have any midi plugins in seemusic like in that photo? Can someone help me please?

Have you tried switching the MIDI Plugin from Default to MIDIJack, and vice versa, on the Input Settings window?

I dont have much knowledge about MIDI settings. My piano (Kawai CN39) only has "MIDI Channel", "Send PGM#", "Local Control (on)", "Transmit PGM# (on)", "Multi Timbre (off)" and "Channel mute".
Thank you
