I use Windows 10 system,and download this wonderful soft,but I can't import the video successfully, after I import the video follow the tutorial, nothing happen and also can't play the video I don't how to fix it, anyone can help me?
This is strange - the video imports fine on my computer...
1. Could you please send the Log file from the app?
The Log file is located here:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
(This folder might be hidden - you might need to Show Hidden Files in the View options in Windows Explorer)
