Change color schema multiple times during the video?

Hi,

I see in the playing version (not when exporting) I am free to change the colors while playing, which is a really nice transition step from theme to theme in pieces, but I can't seem to find this option for exporting the video.

Say I've got a 3 minute piece, 0-1 minute would be blue, 1-2 would be red, 2-3 would be green. Can I achieve this?
