Changing opacity for the note texture doesn't change anything on the video

Hello,

I just upgraded to the 4.7.4 version and I just realized that even if you lower the opacity for the note texture, it doesn't change anything and it stays at an opacity of 100 on the video. I tried on another computer and it does the same thing.

I was able to fix the issue and the fix will be available in Version 4.7.5.

Should be available by Thursday at the latest.

It looks like I am able to replicate the issue.
