Hello,
I found a similar post as mine but no answer was given (https://www.visualmusicdesign.com/forum/technical-support/audio-from-video-is-crackling-after-render?origin=auto_suggest)
Basically, after rendering my video (I render on a gaming laptop with Windows), I can hear crackling sound in the exported file.
I uploaded the video on Youtube and you can clearly hear it from 00:41 to 00:46 for example (https://youtu.be/RUjqw2nmxtI?t=40)
This bug doesn't always occur as it didn't happen on other piano pieces I played. In the MIDI file & in SeeMusic, this sound isn't there. It only appears after rendering.
I tried to export the video with & without audio boost and with the 2 different codec : the issue is still here .. :(
My MIDI settings are the default ones
Could you please help me out with this ? Do you have any ideas from where this could come from ? I use this software since December. Thanks in advance !
The Volume Boost feature is almost definitely what's causing the issue for you - that distortion is likely peaking.
Try setting the Volume Boost to 0 in Render Settings.
If you still need to increase the volume after editing, use a video editor where you can see if the audio is peaking or not while increasing it.
