If you are on Android, there could be a strange hardware issue with your device. Due to the large range of hardware devices on the Android platform, there's just no way I can guarantee perfect support for every device... in general, the Android version is there for convenience, and as a partner to the desktop version. If there's any way you can use the app on a desktop computer, that would be the best solution.
