Hello,
I just upgraded to version 3.7.1 today, and I'm having some issues with rendering. Everything imports fine. I've just been importing video and midi. I was able to align the video with the midi and mess around with all of the visual settings with no issues. The preview video looked great. I rendered the video, but the video final product didn't have my hands (which were obviously in the imported video haha). You can clearly see my hands in the preview video while in the software. Upon further inspection, the keyboard that is showing in the rendered video is my keyboard. It seems as though the video is just the first frame snapshot of the video I imported. All of the notes and light effects worked perfectly. Do you have any idea what's going on?
More info:
- I'm using windows 10, HP ENVY x360 AMD Ryzen 7 2700U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.20 Ghz; 8GB of RAM;
- I've attached a copy of the rendered video.
- I tried some super basic troubleshooting, including restarting the computer, restarting SeeMusic, messing around with the Create Video Settings (Render Framework, Framerate, Resolution), and I tried re-importing everything.
Any info to get me going again would be awesome.
Thanks,
Mike
Hello - there isn't any way the app is deleting your hands from the video - that wouldn't be possible technically.
This is almost definitely something that can be figured out by taking a second look at all of your video settings - the issue might be with the video time offset in some way.
Please take a while to continue exploring the settings and see if you can get it to work on your own.
If you are really stuck, as a last resort I would need all of the following data to try to help -
1. The SeeMusic Piece File with this piece in it - export the Piece File from the Piece Files window
2. A download link to download your original video media and MIDI
