On a Mac, you will need to complete the purchase using your Apple account inside the app - payment is processed through the Apple App Store.
Hello - the PayPal subscription purchase option is only available through Windows. The other versions of the app use App Stores to complete the subscription purchases.
If you are having issues purchasing the subscription on Windows, please describe the issue you're having in greater detail.
