How to fix MIDI clip so that there's two tracks?

Hi - I'm trying to apply two different colours to two different parts of the clip via 'Use Tracks', and I've edited the clip into different tracks in a MIDI editor, the clip shows up as two different tracks on Synthesia but when I import it into SeeMusic, it's always just one colour and I'm not sure what to do.

SeeMusic automatically imports the track data for MIDI files. Make sure you've selected either "Use Tracks" or "Use Channels" depending on whether the MIDI file is using Tracks or Channels to distinguish which note is on which track.
