just downloaded new version and now I can't open it
I am using MAC Big Sur 11.6.2. - any advice welcome.
The app had downloaded - a message said I had to close the app (which I did) now it won't open.

It isn't possible to revert. I guarantee the issue is not the new version.
You can try temporarily moving the cache folder to the desktop, and reopening the app. If it works, you can try moving files / folders back one at a time to isolate which imported file caused the issue.
To easily get to this folder, use the GO menu at the top of the Finder, and select GO TO FOLDER, and copy that address into it.

Please try deleting the app from your Applications folder then restart and reinstall from the App Store.

Yes I tired that....it worled once and then froze - now wn;t open again. Is there a way to go back to the older version - I never had any issues with that at all. Very frustrating for oyu too I am sure. How can I revert the APP to older version?
