I have emailed you the log file also.
Here is a screen recording of the issues I am experiencing. As you can see the video does not display, and when I go into video settings and increase the opacity just a white box appears. No saber lights either. The app crashes randomly and I need to use task manager to force SeeMusic to close.
Hello - this sounds very strange... I'd like to help, but it also sounds like there may be a hardware compatibility or performance issue with the device you're using the app on.
Could you possibly make and upload a video screen capture of the issues you're experiencing in the app?
Could you please attach the Log file to this post as a .zip, so that I can try to figure out what's going wrong on your computer? The Log file is located at:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
(This folder might be hidden - you might need to Show Hidden Files in the View options in Windows Explorer)
