When I record, it always shows everything els in my room. How do you prevent that?

Ha-ha, that's okay! At least you don't have a problem that your father making noise in your room. When I'm trying to record some covers, my dad starts to make some stuff with rotary hammers, so it becomes impossible to play. Once he leaves home and go to work (he works in the top polished concrete company https://polishedconcrete1.com/, the company that like provide concrete polishing and stuff like that) I can proceed with doing my stuff.
