I don't see any link for tech support. Audio does not playback on my recording. I took a million takes to get the right one, too!

I have Pro Tools. Since you can't use both simultaneously, are you saying to use Pro Tools on my laptop and See Music on my ipad at the same time, or vice versa, or?

Well, using Pro Tools on one device to record audio, and SeeMusic on another to record MIDI would certainly be one solution.

If this is on Mac, my recommendation would be to use Logic X to record Audio and MIDI simultaneously.

This is tech support.

Do you have audio recording enabled? Make sure the waveform icon next to the record button is turned on.

Did you try doing a test recording successfully before recording?

I'm not sure what could have gone wrong - it's possible it could be related to a connection or audio hardware issue.

If you're doing a high stakes recording - I might recommend using dedicated audio recording software like Logic or Cubase. The primary function of SeeMusic is music visualization - the audio recording feature is mostly for quick use and convenience rather than professional recording.
