Could you please email your receipt from the Google Play store to visualmusicdesign@gmail.com?
For the Windows version not starting for you:
- Could you please attach the Log file as a document to this post, so that I can try to figure out what's going wrong on your computer? The Log file is located at:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
- Also, just to verify - are you running Windows 10, 64-bit?
The app is not officially supported on Windows 7 or Windows 8.
