Before the latest update I had no issues with the video, but since version 3.7 I can't even get the sample video to appear. I've tried clearing the cache, deleting the app, running the app in compatibility mode etc to no avail. Any help would be muchly appreciated or perhaps a link to an older version if that is possible?
Many thanks,
Dave
Update on this issue -
- It looks like the newest version of Unity has introduced an issue with videos playing. I've downgraded the version of Unity the app is built with, and it fixes the issue on the computer I was testing this on.
Version 3.7.1 for Windows is now available to download from visualmusicdesign.com
If you are experiencing this issue, please download Version 3.7.1.
Thank you!
Is there any chance you could also quickly send the log now that it is working, so that I could compare?
Also, what was the GPU model that was the issue, if you don't mind sharing?
Also, if you've run the app since disabling that GPU, please reenable it to replicate the issue, before sending the Log file.
Much appreciated, thank you.
Could you please still send the Log file as previously requested?
There is another user that is having a similar issue with the app as well. If there's a particular shader causing the issue, this is something I should fix.
Thank you.
Hi Dave,
Here to help!
1. Is the in-app keyboard and notes showing? Or is nothing showing?
2. Can you please send the Log file? You can attach to this post as a .zip, or email to visualmusicdesign@gmail.com
Thank you!
