When I try to import a midi file to a new piece, it asks me in what way I want to import: saber, texture, background, and hands. It does the same when I import my video footage. I do not know which to pick for any of them. If I try hands on both of them, it doesn't work, because two "hands" cannot compile in one piece. I need help.

I tried it again, it's just that because I recorded the footage with my phone and shared it to my computer, it had a different CODEC, so I just had to go straight to photos from my computer and download it from there. Thanks 😁
The file extension of your MIDI file should be “.mid”
If your “MIDI file” ends in the extension .mp4, it either is not a midi file or has the wrong extension.
If the MIDI file somehow has the wrong extension, replace .mp4 with .mid, and it will import as a MIDI file.
This won’t help at all if the file isn’t actually a MIDI file, though.
