Hello,
This seems to be working perfectly for me in Version 1.16 on Windows... do you have an older version of the app still on your computer?
- Can you try importing the same file in an older version, and verify that it works in the older version?
- Could you also send the Log file to make sure nothing else is going wrong? You can attach to this post, or if that doesn't work, email to visualmusicdesign@gmail.com
The Log file is located at:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
(This folder might be hidden - you might need to Show Hidden Files in the View options in Windows Explorer)
