If you accidentally tap a wrong key that cannot be heard, but subsequently makes an incorrect bar appear in the MIDI effects, is it possible to remove the incorrect bar manually?

You can use the built in MIDI editor feature to edit out wrong notes. The editor is accessible from the right side of the main screen.
