I am finding that I am running into lag issues more and more lately. I have rendered this one several times and it keeps lagging at the same places.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?

This issue should now truly be fixed for AVPro in the 4.4.1 update that was just posted...
If you wouldn't mind, when you have a chance, if you could try switching back to the AVPro Video Plugin in Display Settings and see if it renders properly now for you? I would appreciate it!
Thank you

Great, glad it worked.
Thanks for letting me know about the issue, I will definitely circle back and try to make sure it's fixed for AVPro as well.

Switching the framework to Unity has resolved the issue.
Thank you.

I’ll look at it again when I can.
Two immediate possible solutions:
- Switch the video framework to Unity in Display Settings
- Reencode the video as H.264 / .mp4 using a standard video encoder like Compressor

Hi there,
I rendered it again, it actually was worse this time.
I will point out that it keeps lagging/glitching in the exact same spots every time. FYI I have checked the original movie file to make sure it's not happening there.

Version 4.4 is now available for MacOS and should fix the video issue.
Could you please give it a try and let me know if it’s better?
Please send a screenshot of the Display Settings window as well (left of main screen).
Thank you

Hi there,
You can notice it in the hands from 0:01 - 0:04 then it resumes back to the normal speed. The upper half of the video where the notes and background image is are fine it's just the piano section of the video that seems to be affected, which is why I think it is happening during the rendering process.
Here is another example of where it lags 0:03 - 0:05

I'm not seeing any lag in the video you uploaded.
The lag might be coming from the video player on your computer.
