I have a problem with the delay on this app using my keyboard, i've tried with 2 keyboards on 2 computers. It is fine with other apps like Ableton, Synthesia, and Embers. My operating system is Windows 10 Home Edition 21H2. The keyboards I have used are the Casio Privia PX-S1000 and 3000. I do not have the MIDI delay options enabled

Have you tried disabling all of the effects in Effect Settings, including:
Particles
Saber
Texture
Glow
The delay could be caused by general lag.
Otherwise, I'm not sure if I can help - it's been tested to be lag free on many devices - the lag would likely be specific to your hardware setup and not something I could replicate.
