MIDI Issue

I'm having a really frustrating problem where when I import a MIDI file, it shows the notes but it isn't the right notes that I play on the piano, something different. I've been trying everything but I've got no idea how to fix it. Another problem is at the start and the end of my video, it freezes, which causes me to not be able to successfully sync the notes and piano playing together. If you want more information about the issue, feel free to let me know. I'm currently using the trial version, and when I tested to download a completed piece, I can't see my hands playing the piece, only a black screen. It would be so appreciated you could help me out, it would save me so much stress. Thank you so much.  -Sam :)
