Can you use SeeMusic on a desktop computer or laptop? You can purchase the upgrade on any platform.

Yes I can use the see music on desktop but i can't give payment through PayPal . Is there any other payment options to purchase this software like Google pay ,paytm

If you can’t use PayPal, you would need to use it on a different platform. Maybe you can borrow a friends Android or iOS phone?
