Hey, I wanted to reach out because my 6 month subscription I had previously expired and it said I had to renew it, in which I went to do. So, I logged into my account and for some reason it just gave me another 6 months without me doing anything that expires in April of 2021, but I don’t see any charges on my account. This was close to a week ago and I was waiting to see if it was a problem with my bank or something, but it really just didn’t go through to my knowledge. Please help if possible, I really want to make sure I get charged for the 6 months because it feels wrong not to say anything if it really didn’t go through. much thanks and so sorry I didn’t say sooner, I thought my bank was being a pain.
EDIT: I forgot to mention the device and stuff. I currently use it on IOS and my windows PC, both updated to the latest version.

I also truly appreciate you letting me know about this issue with the payment - it's helped me discover a few really important changes that needed to be made, one of which will help me get an issue fixed for Apple App Review that was blocking app updates. I know that you had said that you wanted to pay for your subscription, but I really insist on giving you a free subscription for this. When you log into the app next with that account, I think you should see it will be a while before you need to consider renewing :)
