My video comes always later than midi

Somehow my video file isn't in sync with the midi file. When I sync them my video always gets slower than midi as the video continues. It appears my video is 1% in slow motion, even if I hadn't edited the video. Any solutions? Thank you!

There was an issue with my midi recorder. If you use an online midi recorder it doesn't work well. Now I record my midi in the See music app and import my video file.
