Connected my piano but it wont show me playing in real time, it works on the mobile app but not PC.

This issue would almost certainly be due to a hardware connection issue - there usually wouldn't be anything I could do to help...
Can other apps on your computer see your keyboard as a MIDI device?

This is the only app on my computer that doesn't work with my piano, I use apps like MPC beats and I can even use my piano as a sound input and output.
