No Sound From Audio Interface

Good Afternoon from England. I am currently attempting to record some music in SeeMusicPRO, although, no sound from my audio interface (Rubix22) is coming out. I have tried fiddling with in app and my Mac settings, to no avail, the audio is still the creaks of my chair (built in microphone).My AI is registering an input when I play, but when I play back the recording, no sound. No updates are available. What can I do to resolve this?

Can you upload the video of the screen capture to YouTube? I need to see what your Input Settings and Recording Settings window looks like before recording.
