payment problem

I use windows to buy the 1 Year plan, It is don't working when I pay the money after, But my bank recond lose money yet , then I use apple ipad paid the same plan use same acc , The windows software not active for the pro vision , Can you help me? thank you

My account is not activated after payment in windows, but my ipad is activated already , the bank use two times money Bank statement showing 2 purchases , I'm very worried about buying an annual fee with 2 times of money
