I have a credit card and I would be happy to purchase a 6 month upgrade but it would need to be through credit card.

Hello,
The best solution would be to use a cellphone to purchase the subscription. You can log in and purchase on Android or iOS using the respective App Store, then use the same account on Windows.
Is that a solution that can work for you?
