Problem with note colours

I noticed also others users are having problems with note colours, maybe i found the issue, what happens to me is that the colours of the notes are aligned far to the right.

As you can see, if i set two colours it seems to be only one in the notes, while adding colours and moving them to the left on the sabre the colours of the notes start following from right to left (look the the purple section).

I'm running 3.9.1 version on mac 10.13.6.
