Render stopped at 99%

Hi, I've been trying to render a video, but it stopped at 99% and never reached 100%. I've just updated to 4.4.6. Any solution And I wonder if it's possible to move everything down on the screen, not just the video of my hands? Thanks very much!

Moonlight Sonata 3rd doesn't play at all!!! Why don't you fix it already?

- You can move things down by shifting the Keyboard Position in Keyboard Settings.

For the bug:

What device and platform are you on?
Are you able to successfully render any of the Sample Pieces? (Moonlight Sonata, for example)
Please send screenshots of the following windows:

- Render Settings Window

- Display Settings (left side of main screen)

- Media Settings (third button from top left of main screen
