Hello,
I am writing to you about a problem that persists in rendering and moreover, on different computers (the first is a desktop and the second a laptop).
Before I begin, here are the references of the computer I use most often:
(HP ProBook 450 ; Windows 10 Proffesionnel ; Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 71000 ; @2.40 GHz)
When I work on the software, my hands (video file) are perfectly synchronised with the notes (MIDI File). Once the download (rendering) is finished (longer than usual), my hands have about a 2 seconds delay on the MIDI file.
I tried almost every possible solutions (move from "AVpro" to "Basic", check the frames, lower the quality of the final video rendering,...). Nothing helps.
I also re-installed the software, trying to export under different versions (including 3.8) ...
The offset being systematically the same on the final file, whatever happens and whatever the pre-defined settings.
Notes :
- My video is in 60 fps
- I recorded the MIDI file from SeeMusic as I usually do
- I use the audio from the midi rendering and put off the audio from my original video
Here are two videos, one before and one after the final rendering :
Thank you for your time,
if you have a few more minutes to give me, can you explain to me how to display this "shadow" effect on the keyboard that I can't reproduce (despite having viewed all your tutorials) Thank you :D
Have a good day :D
Thanks - I need all of the original media - including your original video file - to try to help you with this.
The issue is almost definitely happening becausee of the way your video is encoded. The solution would be to reencode your original video file with a standard H.264 video encoder, then reimport to SeeMusic.
