This is definitely a very strange issue.
Its very strange that it worked before and not now.
Can you try moving the entire SeeMusic data folder, the one with the Log file you accessed before - to your desktop?
This will reset the application temporarily - you can move the folder back later to restore all your pieces and data. (Please make a backup of that folder to avoid losing any recordings etc)
Does that fix the issue?

Can you please email the Log file, AFTER trying to turn the Saber off and then on in the app?
The Log file is located here:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
(This folder might be hidden - you might need to Show Hidden Files in the View options in Windows Explorer)
- There was recently a serious bug in the app. Please make sure you have downloaded the newest version from visualmusicdesign.com
- Try turning the Saber on and off in Effect Settings
- Try the solution I suggested in the first reply, even if it was working before.

One reason this can happen on Windows is if you do not have some video encoders installed.
Try installing the Microsoft HEVC codecs:
I have no idea why they charge 0.99 for this - it obviously should be included in Windows - but it has fixed the issue in the past on Windows.

It was working very well before. I did rendered for like two videos and all of them were fine and I really don't know what happened and it disappeared all of the sudden just like how she left me. ??
Could you please try running both of these older versions of the app, and let me know if the saber works in either or both of them?

You can either attach the log file to this post as a .zip, or email to visualmusicdesign@gmail.com
