Hi, I updated to the latest version and rendering is very slow. Audio renders fine and video rendering starts fast as well but then suddenly the multiplier goes from 2.2x to 0.4x and timer just stays almost still. I tried to render the same thing with older version (3.6) and it worked perfecly. I'm using a Windows computer (Windows 10 version 19042.685, i5 4670k 3.4 GHz, GTX 1060, 12GB RAM). I also tried rendering "Trancendental Etude No 12 Chasse-Neige" and it didn't have the error. Maybe it's something with settings? My current settings:

The rendering issue should now be fixed in Version 3.8 - download from visualmusicdesign.com
Apple isn’t letting the iOS updates through app review because of some absurd, unclear reasons surrounding the upgrade flow. I’m waiting for a phone call with them to understand what they want changed - so hopefully version 3.8 for iOS sometime next week.
I hadn't actually finished a render before in 3.7.2 but now I finished and the keyboard part is freezed after a while in the final render file as well.

SeeMusic 3.7.2 rendering
Hello, are you sure nothing changed between 3.6 and 3.7 because I don't have any rendering problems in 3.6.
I got it to work.
I changed the raw video file from MP4 to AVI and that seems to have fixed the problem.
Have you sent your files yet? If not, please follow the instructions at the top of this thread to send them - thank you!
It finished rendering, but I'm still having trouble with it. It's the same as before. It plays for 14 seconds then only my video freezes for the remainder.
I'm trying to render it again now. It's taking awhile but I'll let you know if it works using 3.7.2
Ok - 3.7.2 is back up on the website for now. Even if it renders slower, it still renders correctly on 3.7.2, right?
I am working on a fix to improve the speed. The issue here is that your video source media has unevenly encoded frames. Reencoding the video will likely fix these issues.
My video won't render correctly either. After the rendering is completed, the final video works great about 1/8 through and then leaves a frozen video of my hands and keyboard whilst the audio and particles continue to playback correctly
Please send the MIDI and Video files you are using for the render - thank you.
Hello, I tried to render it and the speed didn't slow down. But when the speed previously slowed down, now the keyboard video stopped and notes kept falling in the preview. When I look at the final result, the keyboard part plays for only about the half of the video and after that it pauses but notes keep falling.
Please let me know if the issue is fixed for you in the new version?
This should now be fixed in Windows Version 3.7.3 - you can download from visualmusicdesign.com
The issue had occurred when using videos with frames that are not evenly encoded. The new version includes a custom workaround to prevent this from slowing down the render.
And the problem has reoccured with it not rendering at all.. Rendered the same video using the 2.7x version that I had with me.. Attached are the files as requested by you

The Screenshot and the MIDI file are attached
Hi.. For some reason, I cleaned up the various pieces and after I followed the step of exporting the piece, and did a render for a screenshot, it started rendering normally.. Dont know what the issue was.. Will send this data if I face the issue again. Thank you for your immediate response
Ok guys - virtually nothing has changed between Versions 3.6 and 3.7 regarding rendering. It's normal for the speed to slow down some.
I'll need ALL the following information to look into this - if you can't upload some of these files to the post, please email to visualmusicdesign@gmail.com:
Send Original Media Files for your render - MIDI, Audio and Video
Export and send the Piece File containing this piece - open the Piece Files window with the button at the very top left of the main screen, and click the Export button at the middle / bottom
Send a video screen capture of the rendering process on your computer showing what happens with the "slow down"
A screenshot of your Render Settings window
Send the Log file after trying a render and having the slow down:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
(This folder might be hidden - you might need to Show Hidden Files in the View options in Windows Explorer)
You can either attach the log file to this post as a .zip, or email to visualmusicdesign@gmail.com
Thank you
If we had an option to go to the older version its so much better :-)
I have started facing the same issue.. for me even the starting is very very slow.. its stuck at 0.04x
