Yes, in this Log file I can see the files were fully moved. That changes the situation a bit.
The issue could potentially be that your computer is running out of GPU Ram.
Can you send me your full computer specifications? Do you need help finding those?

Also, the SeeMusic folder is still inside another folder, "best piano software". Can you please move the SeeMusic app folder to the actual desktop please and make sure that isn't the issue? Thank you!

Thanks for sending - I can see the new one. It looks like maybe still one of the files isn't moved? Can you double check that you moved this file out of the SeeMusic app folder, onto the desktop?

Just move these four video files to your desktop. They are located right inside the main SeeMusic app folder.

Sorry - I just realized you had been using Version 2.1.2. The version I just sent wouldn't be different.
Can you actually try downloading the newest version, Version 2.1.3? It actually does use a slightly different framework than 2.1.2.
I can also see in the Log File that the app is inside a folder that has a name with spaces in it. Could you also try moving the SeeMusic app folder to your desktop before running?

I can see that some other users seem to be experiencing this same issue - if the instructions I provided don't make sense, I'll try to work with another user to get to the core of the issue. Thanks for your assistance!

OMG IT WORKED 😃 I'M SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH

Version 2.2 is now up for Windows, and should fix the issue you had - give it a try and confirm that it works for you?
Very happy I was able to solve this issue - should improve the app for a lot of users.
you're very welcome!! 😎🎹
alright
I will debug this from my end, and should be able to provide a fix in the next 48 hours. Please look for Version 2.2
I sincerely appreciate all of your hard work and assistance in helping with this issue! Thank you!
OK, wait, NEVER MIND - I installed Windows on a second computer, and am finally able to replicate the issue!
Also, can you please let me know if the new build worked?
If not, can you please email the new log file.
Thank you
The operating system not being updated would cause this problem. Can you try updating Windows?
