SeeMusic Not Acknowledging Sustain Pedal

Question

I am using a Yamaha DGX 650, and have connected it to my desktop. It is detecting all keypresses but is not detecting my sustain pedal. I use a physical sustain pedal, and its completely functional on the keyboard itself but does not make any change in sound on SeeMusic. I am on the latest version, this is my first time using the software, and who knows maybe I just need to download some kind of software or enable some setting Thanks for your help!

I am having the same issue, Yamaha P-125, sustain works on the keyboard itself but does not register at all on SeeMusic nor the recordings

Same here, although it seems like the sustain pedal does work when I listen to the recording back
