- This is strange - I can see what the error is, but it shouldn't be happening - the problem is that two of the third party plugins aren't loading. There is an error message in the log regarding Microsoft DirectX. I would recommend trying uninstalling and then reinstalling Microsoft DirectX:
Re-download Microsoft DirectX
It could be reason that Microsoft DirectX files are corrupted in your system causing error like Xinput1_3.dll is missing.
To solve the problem, you should uninstall, re-download and install Microsoft DirectX again on your system by applying instructions given below.
Right-click on Start in bottom Right of your screen.Select Control Panel
Click on Programs
Select Uninstall a Program
Select Microsoft DirectX from the list
Uninstall
Follow on-screen instructions and restart your system
Download an updated setup from Microsoft Download Centre
Double-click on downloaded file to run the installer
I have the same problem too, please check out below for the log file:

- Could you please attach the Log file to this post, so that I can try to figure out what's going wrong on your computer? The Log file is located at:
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Visual Music Design\SeeMusic\Player.log
- Also, just to verify - are you running Windows 10, 64-bit?
The app is not officially supported on Windows 7 or Windows 8.
Thank you
I also cannot open the newly downloaded app on Windows at all, help?
The issue is due to the World Time server apparently having shut down for maintenance. When this link comes back up, the Beta will work again.
http://worldtimeapi.org/api/ip
Hopefully should be momentarily…
I can also confirm that the commercial version of the app will release from the website this weekend, and it won’t have this issue.
Same Problem
Please make sure that you are running Windows 10, and that the app has access to the internet. Antivirus or Windows firewall could potentially be blocking the app from accessing the internet.
