SeeMusic is primarily designed as a desktop application - the mobile versions are available for convenience. Due to the complexity and demands of the app, it isn't possible to ensure that it's compatible with all Android devices - there just isn't anything I can do to make it work with the hardware on certain phones. Sorry I don't have a better answer, but that's the reality...
