Hi, I have been using See Music since last July without much issue, thank you so much for such a wonderful app!
Just today though I have this issue where they couldn't detect my subscription. I have been subscribing since last July, and today when I enter the app, they asked me to upgrade. I tried clicking on Restore Purchase but it did not work, hopefully this is a temporary thing?

Please make sure that you're logged into the Apple account that you used to subscribe to the Monthly subscription, on your Mac computer. You can do this by opening up the App Store app on the Mac computer, and checking that you're logged into the correct account.
- If you're already logged in, and Restore Purchases still isn't working, that is very strange - and I'm not sure what could be going wrong. Please let me know, and I can manually apply this month's subscription to the account.
- In that case, I would recommend canceling the Monthly subscription, and using the Yearly or 6-Month non-renewing option instead. This will avoid any issues with the renewal process in the future.
